Soil Science is the most distinct branch of Agricultural Science which act as a body for plant production which was established in year 2013 in Shriram College of Agriculture, Paniv to coordinate and strengthen teaching, research and extension activities in plant production. As soil is the base of nature it is of vital importance to make analysis of soil and water which will help for to make guideline to the farmers regarding fertilizer recommendation and soil reclamation as salt affected soils is one of the major problems which are facing by the farmers today.
OBJECTIVES
The soil science deals with improvement of soil conditions; while agricultural chemistry is concerned mainly with chemical problems related with agriculture and agro-foods.
