The Shriram College of agriculture is established in 2013 affiliated to Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri recognized by MCAER Pune. The vision of college is to develop, nurture and shape technical professionals and leaders to create a holistic and sustainable society from national and international perspectives. College has been involved in teaching, research and extension efforts to prepare students on a global scale, empowering teachers and researchers to solve the problems of young students by empowering the young student community with the use of knowledge, wisdom and mind. We have excellent faculty, state-
of-the-art infrastructure and laboratories to align with the curriculum also responsive and talented student community. The spacious green campus, well equipped digital library, sports facilities of indoor and outdoor games and serene environment ensure that learning becomes a wonderful experience. The campus is well secured with security guard and CCTV’s. Through guest lectures, industrial visit, vocational training (internships), students are given the opportunity to interact with experts in the field of agriculture. Also great emphasis is given to the admitted students regarding getting practical knowledge of agriculture by arranging the different visit to Agriculture Research Station, Agricultural Universities designated seed companies and Krishi Vigyan Kendra situated in the state and all over the countries by arranging separate tour Programme.
