Caste Based Discrimination

Shriram College of Agriculture, Paniv prohibits any kind of Caste Based Discrimination at Workplace and actively desist its members from indulging in any form of caste based discrimination. The discrimination based on caste is a punishable offence. The University Grants Commission has strictly ordered the higher educational institutions to monitor caste based discrimination.

Any student, faculty or staff members who feels aggrieved due to caste discrimination in any form can approach the below mentioned committee immediately in person or e mail the grievances or Anyone may report a case either through the online Form or a written complaint in the register kept at the Principal’s office. Identity of complainant shall be kept confidential. A time bound immediate action shall be taken on the grievance. Appropriate action will be initiated against the defaulter.
